You are the voice of the brand, in Arabic and English. You write clear, natural copy that is warm and relatable, not too formal and not too casual. You turn product details into copy our customers connect with. You are also the person customers talk to, in comments, DMs and chat. Fresh graduates and juniors are welcome.

What you will do

Write hooks, Reel and TikTok scripts, captions and posts for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
Write email campaigns and automated flows: welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase.
Reply to comments and direct messages in the brand voice.
Take over conversations handed off by our website chatbot, solve the customer's issue and close the loop.
Write and update website copy with the web team.
Give copy variations for ad testing and improve messaging from performance data.
Use AI for ideas and drafts, then refine every piece so it sounds human.

What we are looking for

Fresh graduates and juniors (0 to 3 years) welcome. Bring writing samples; personal, university or practice pieces count.
Excellent Arabic and English writing.
Experience replying to customers in comments, DMs or chat is a plus.
Interest in beauty and skincare, and in our customers.
Email marketing and basic CMS experience are a plus.
Organised, quick to respond, calm with difficult customers.

Shortlisted candidates get a short paid writing test (2 to 3 hours).
